By accessing or using Braincuber's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Braincuber provides a platform for deploying, managing, and scaling Odoo ERP instances across various cloud providers. Our services include server provisioning, backup management, monitoring, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our prices upon 30 days' notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service disruptions, affected customers may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braincuber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
